If you want to apply a new trademark in China, we can help. We will provide free search and analysis before filing.
You just need to prepare documents proving the identity of applicant, for example scan version of passport, or certificate of incorporation of a company. The whole procedure will take 7 months in general, including 4 months of review and 3 months of publication.
Trademark opposition/invalidation service

You may have worked with a Chinese partner but then found your trademark being registered by such Chinese partner. Or you may find your trademark maliciously registered by a third party. We are experienced to file oppositions against such malicious applications.

Trademark renewal service
269 USD, government fees 62.5 USD inclusive
Chinese trademark will be valid for 10 years after the date of registration (not the date of filing). From the 9th year of registration, you may start to renew your trademark till the date of 10th anniversary of the trademark. A grace period of half a year will be granted if you fail to renew your trademark within before the 10th years after registration. Failure to renew your trademark will incur an invalidation of your trademark.

Trademark transfer service

You may want to transfer your trademark to another party. We help clients transfer trademarks frequently. What you need to prepare are the documents proving identities of both the transfer and receiving parties. We will make power of attorneys and other necessary documents for the transfer. A transfer will be finished usually within 4 months.
Copyright registration service

We help clients register copyrights in China. What you need to prepare are documents proving identity of applicant and a brief introduction of the works, including the author, the time and place of completion and publication of the works.
We will register the works with China copyright center, the mainstream organization of copyright registration.
Usually the registration will cost 3 months.
