Mr. Ma Jun is an experienced legal counsel dealing with international legal issues for years.  He is familiar with Chinese intellectual property, commercial, labor and investment law and practice.
He has dealt with the following cases/projects in the past 10 years:
He was in-house counsel for Huawei Technology in 12 cases against NPE in US district courts, including Softview v. Huawei, Mosaid v. Huawei etc.  He has handled thousands of agreements in Huawei for Huawei device and Huawei’s projects in developing coutries;
He was in-house counsel for 37Games (China main board listed) in negotiating hundreds of agreements with Japan and Korean partners, including agreement regarding Ultraman, MU, King of fighters etc;
He was in-house counsel for Skymoons (Game branch of iQIYI) in negotiating agreements with international partners regarding acquisition of a Kosdaq listed company, licensing of the Croods 2 etc.
He was in-house counsel for the highlighted infringement case of Huaqiangu in China (top ten case listed by Chinese supreme court in 2019).
