For application, in a smooth case, 9 months will be needed to finish the whole procedure. But time of issuance of certificate may be uncertain, according to our experience, 1-3 months will be the general time for issuance of certificate. (Now mostly in electronic form)

Here are the time frame for the main item before CTMO:

• Application: 6 months for review and 3 months for publication, altogether 9 months;

• Transfer: No legal limit, but in general 2-4 months;

• Extension: Generally in 2 months;

• Review: Generally in 7-9 months;

• Opposition: Within 12 months.

• Cancellation: 9 months.
