Mr. Ma is expert in Chinese law.  He has been working in various high-tech companies, i.e. Huawei Technology, 37Games, iQIYI as legal counsel since his graduation from ​China's top law school China University of Political Science and Law as a Master of Law in 2010, he is a veteran with more than 10 years experience in legal field.  He is fluent in English.​ Mr. Ma is authorized to practise law in China.
